Some of the more noticeable and immediate upgrades on the 2014 Hyundai Equus include enhanced interior design, materials, vehicle dynamics, technology and safety features, with the sedan available in three modes: sport, normal, snow.
Hyundai has removed some of the chrome from the front and back and added new 19”, turbine-blade polished aluminum wheels, slightly easing the “chauffeur-able” design it had before and making it more appealing to North Americans who drive are looking for a sporty vehicle. On the interior, Hyundai has done away with the mini-fridge and shiatsu and full-recline options, opting to put a fifth seat in its place.
The performance of the 2014 Hyundai Equus is class-leading with a Continuous Damping Control (CDC) is more sophisticated than typical shock absorbers.
