I actually found the sales rep(Garry Pohl) very “low pressure”, which is what I prefer. He was not pushy at all and left me feeling like the decision on whether or not to buy the car was entirely mine – which hasn’t always been my experience when buying a car. Overall, I found the experience to be a favorable one, and I’m glad that I wasn’t pushed into my purchase, nor pushed into buying additional warranties and services that I didn’t want. I love my new car, and even though the dealership didn’t have the model I originally planned to buy, I am extremely happy with my purchase and not at all regretful that I didn’t get what I initially came for – I got better!
