With a Langley dealership’s , even at 8 am in the morning! As my 2007 Hyundai Veracruz needed service #4 (the most costly one of all), a fuel systems service, power steering and brake fluid flushes/maintenance, rear brake pads and rotor turns, along with other minor fixes like a nail in one of my front tires, I knew I was in for it 🙁 What I most appreciated was Michelle’s response to what I could budget in and my time constraints — patience. She worked out all the details to fit all the critical servicing within my budget, and even gave me my Veracruz back at the end of the same day! Another highlight is their new receptionist – Christina. She’s jovial, a good conversationalist, and a super addition to their high quality service team. I had an opportunity to meet and speak with Mitch, the new owner, who’s a really tall yet un-intimidating person. He had a very welcoming spirit about him, and I appreciate seeing his type of leadership style in this dealership. As usual, Brad, our salesperson, was there to greet my family and I with his usual friendly spirit. We immediately broke into conversation about the new 2011 Elantra, vs. my wife’s intention for a VW Jetta TDI. We’ll see who wins that conversation 🙂 I would definitely recommend the team – both sales and service – at Abbotsford Hyundai. You’ll be treated with respect, patience and you won’t leave feeling like you’ve walked out of a used car dealership – if you know what I mean. Thanks to Michelle, Brad, Christina and Brad for making my recent experience a positive one, and I look forward to singing your praises for years to come!
